We fix what's broken, fast, and we don't disappear after the invoice. Emergency dispatch available across Verona and the surrounding zip codes.
Our Verona dispatcher asks a few quick questions to gauge urgency and get you the fastest available window.
You'll get a flat-rate quote before any repair work begins — no guessing what the final bill will look like.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC grew one honest service call at a time in communities like Verona. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
You won't find us buried under layers of call-center scripts — we're the crew that answers the phone at 2am when your furnace quits in the middle of a cold snap. Licensing and insurance aren't optional line items for us, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, routine or emergency.
We know which neighborhoods run on older ductwork and which subdivisions were built with newer high-efficiency systems. That local knowledge shapes the parts we stock on the truck — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. Every dispatcher, every technician, and every follow-up call is held to the same standard, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Verona is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
Our office team is based locally too, not routed through an out-of-state call center that's never seen a Verona rooftop unit. It also means faster escalation when something's urgent — a local dispatcher can reroute the nearest truck in minutes, not hours.
We cover the full range of heating, cooling, and air quality work Verona properties actually need.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Verona dispatch team moves emergency tickets to the front of the schedule so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
Once a technician is on-site, the goal is always a same-visit repair — most emergency calls in Verona get resolved in a single trip, not a multi-day back-and-forth.
If your unit is past its expected service life, running loud, or spiking your utility bill, a replacement conversation is worth having. We walk Verona homeowners through load calculations so the new system is sized correctly for the actual square footage before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Every install ends with a performance test, confirming airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant charge are all where they should be before we consider the job finished.
Commercial equipment operates differently than a residential unit, and it needs technicians who actually understand rooftop packages and multi-zone systems. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Verona, with priority response for facilities that can't afford downtime.
Property managers working with multiple Verona locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle indoor air quality upgrades for homes with allergy or asthma concerns for Verona households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in Verona get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Details vary by job type and are always shared upfront, never buried in fine print.
Emergency dispatch never comes with a hidden surcharge sprung on you after the fact.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Ignoring new noises is one of the fastest ways to turn a small repair into a major one.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
A system that won't hold a steady cycle is often fighting a sizing issue, a thermostat problem, or a refrigerant imbalance.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
We'll always tell you honestly when a repair is the better call versus when it isn't.
You'll know the cost before a wrench touches your system.
Emergency calls get moved to the front of the line automatically.
Parts and labor are backed by warranty terms explained in plain language.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
Photos and plain-language notes accompany every diagnostic.
We'll walk you through what's actually available before you decide.
We don't write these — our customers do.
"I called three other companies first and this was the only one that actually picked up. No pressure to buy a whole new system when a repair was all we needed."
"Scheduled a fall tune-up and they caught a cracked part before it became a real problem. Techs are always polite, always on time, and clean up after themselves."
"Explained the sizing calculation so I understood why they weren't just installing the same unit again. Would recommend to anyone in Verona needing a real replacement, not a patch job."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Documentation for our records was thorough and easy to file."
"Got quotes from four different companies for a replacement and this was the only one that actually walked me through the load calculation. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"Called at 11pm during a heat wave and honestly didn't expect anyone to pick up, let alone show up. No overnight surcharge shock — the price matched what dispatch quoted me on the phone."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
Verona's seasonal swings put real stress on a system that isn't maintained regularly. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Keeping vents unblocked by furniture and rugs helps maintain even airflow throughout the home. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the Verona area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
We don't outsource dispatch to a call center that's never met our technicians.

We cover Verona and the surrounding communities, including the zip codes listed in our coverage section below.
Property managers and business owners can request a dedicated point of contact for ongoing service.
Our technicians are trained across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, not limited to a single manufacturer.
We understand a full system replacement is a significant expense, which is why flexible payment options exist.
Most Verona homes benefit from two tune-ups a year — one before cooling season and one before heating season.
Beyond basic safety checks, it's best to leave diagnosis to a licensed technician rather than attempting a repair yourself.
Ask about current after-hours rates when you call +1-866-805-8548.
More involved repairs, like a coil replacement or a refrigerant leak repair, take longer and the tech will give you a realistic estimate before starting.
For commercial accounts or rental properties, a designated point of contact or property manager can coordinate access instead.
Housing stock varies a lot across Verona — older homes often still run original ductwork that needs different care than the sealed, high-efficiency systems going into newer builds.
Larger properties get the same upfront pricing and licensed technicians as a single-family service call, just coordinated at scale.
A full system replacement is one of the bigger home expenses most people face, and we don't expect everyone to pay it in a single lump sum. If a rebate or local incentive program applies to your Verona installation, our technicians will flag it during the estimate rather than leaving you to track it down after the fact.
We dispatch throughout Verona and the neighboring communities, keeping response times tight because our trucks stay close to home.
If you're on the edge of our listed zip codes, it's still worth a call, since routes and coverage get adjusted as demand shifts.
